All payments made for memberships on ZipGrid Property Solution are final and non-refundable, except in limited cases outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
A payment was charged twice due to a technical issue.
The plan was not activated due to a verified system error.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Voluntary cancellation by the user.
Dissatisfaction with performance, leads, or visibility.
Breach of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the website.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Email info@zipgridpropertysolution.in with your transaction ID and payment proof.
Valid claims will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment source.
5. Service Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for:
Fake or misleading property listings.
Non-compliance with platform rules.
Fraudulent activities detected during membership usage.
